EMI's Leadership

Emily Manz is President of EMI, an economic development consulting firm specializing in economic development marketing and tourism planning. She is also President and Co-founder of Have You Met Newark Tours, a tour company that has operated since 2012 and been featured in the New York Times, the Toronto Star, the Scottish Sunday Mail, and more.

Manz is member of the Board of Directors of Downtown New Jersey, the Northeast Economic Development Association (NEDA) and a former member of the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) International Committee. She is frequently asked to speak on the relationship between tourism and economic development. 
​​
Manz enjoys reading, gardening, and traveling. She resides in Newark, New Jersey. ​
